With over 13 years of experience in sales at Costco, my journey into real estate began when a good friend encouraged me to take the leap. At the time, my oldest son was just a year old, and I wanted a career that would allow me to spend more time with my family. That decision changed everything. Since then, my wife, Amber, has joined the business, along with my dad, Chris Sr. Together, we’ve built a real estate team that treats every client like family.
As Florida natives, we know this area inside and out. We are passionate about serving our clients and our community with honesty, dedication, and a commitment to always doing the right thing. Whether helping first-time buyers, negotiating complex deals, or finding creative solutions for unique situations, we go above and beyond to make every transaction as smooth as possible.
One of my greatest strengths is negotiation—I fight hard for my clients and think outside the box to get them the best results. Amber, on the other hand, brings incredible organization and attention to detail, ensuring every step of the process is seamless. Together, we make a powerful team that gets things done.
Beyond real estate, our life revolves around family. We have four amazing boys—Weston, Oakley, Collin, and Landry—and we homeschool them, making this truly a family-run business. We understand the importance of finding not just a house, but a home—a place where memories are made and futures are built. We are Christians and attend church regularly at our home church in Apopka. We absolutely love the beach, going boating and fishing with our kids on the intracoastal and playing games together.
